3. Product Information & Pricing

Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images but do not guarantee that your monitor's display of colors will be perfectly accurate.
Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing errors or inaccuracies. If your card has been charged, a full refund will be issued for the cancelled item.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Inspection: Customers should inspect packages upon delivery. If products are damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.

5. Returns & Refunds

Policy: Most items may be returned within 30 days of fulfillment if they are in original condition with tags. See Return Policy.
Exceptions: Custom-made, personalized, or perishable items (like food or beauty products) are generally non-refundable.
Fees: Returns may be subject to a restocking or handling fee. See Return policy.

6. Gift Cards

Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Expiration: Please check your specific card for expiration dates (typically 12–24 months).

Return and Refund Policy

Returns

How do I return an item that I bought direct from DillyGifts.com?

To receive a refund your return must be postmarked no more than 30 days from the date UPS or specified carrier delivers the package to you. All returned merchandise must be unused with original ticketing and tags attached. Shipping charges for non-defective merchandise are not refundable.

Please contact Consumer Service for a Return Authorization (RA) number via email. All returns must have an RA number.
All Online Returns must be sent back to our warehouse, located in El Paso, Texas.
All Internet returns will receive a refund issued in the original form of payment.
Gifts may be exchanged for merchandise or online credit. No refunds.

You are responsible to pay for the return shipping of non-defective items.

Please include a copy of your invoice and write the RA # on the outside of your package. Send your return via US Mail, Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx to:

Please note that we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. We recommend you get a tracking number or insurance for your return in the event the package is lost or misdirected.

Returns received without an RA # or beyond the allotted time will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense.

All Online returns must be sent back to our Texas Warehouse
